Assembler l'intime is part of an auto-ethnographic approach in which object design becomes a tool for identity exploration. Inspired by two opposing family universes, one structured by a symbolic bourgeois aesthetic, the other by a logic of autarky and recycling, the series of pieces was created using only the material and technical resources available in the home.

Each designed artifact expresses an affective relationship with space and memory, and questions traditional manufacturing codes. This approach articulates a singular formal language, rooted in personal experience. Through this research-creation process, the project highlights the potential of design as a sensitive medium, capable of drawing out intimate narratives and materializing identity-related tensions through form and material.
